Leave the chaos of manual job fairs behind
Most events lose time and good matches before the first conversation even starts.
The old way
- Paper forms and scattered Google Sheets
- Long queues while names are checked by hand
- Candidates wander between stalls with no idea who is hiring for them
- No clear picture of who registered or who actually came
With DigiJobFair
- One QR code each for candidates and companies, set up in minutes
- Check-in takes one scan, on any phone
- Every candidate is told which companies fit their skills
- A live view of registrations, attendance and upcoming events
Everything you need, from the first QR scan to the last check-in
One connected workflow for organizers, candidates, companies and your event-day team.
QR registration, no app to install
Candidates and companies each get their own QR code for every job fair. They scan, fill in a short form in the browser, and get a confirmation email with a personal check-in QR.
AI company matching
On check-in, our AI reads the candidate's skills and every company's openings, then picks the companies that fit best.
Matches sent by email
Each candidate receives the names of the companies to meet first, and the roles those companies are hiring for.
Fast QR check-in
Staff scan a candidate's or company's QR and mark them present. Each staff login works for one job fair only.
Openings that are ready to match
Companies list each role with experience, education, location, work mode and salary range.
A live organizer dashboard
Registrations, check-in rate, upcoming events and the things that need your attention, all on one screen.
Resumes and Excel export
Candidates can upload a resume. Export every registration, with attendance, to Excel whenever you need it.
Privacy by design
QR tokens are stored as hashes and resumes sit in private storage. The AI never receives names or contact details.
From idea to a full venue in four steps
A simple flow that organizers, participants and your event-day team can follow without training.
- 01
Create and publish
Set the dates, venue and registration window. Choose how many companies each candidate can be matched with, then publish.
- 02
Share the QR codes
Two QR codes are generated: one for candidates, one for companies. Put them on posters, social media or emails.
- 03
Register in minutes
Participants register from their phones. Each person receives a confirmation email with their own check-in QR.
- 04
Check in and get matched
Staff scan the QR at the gate. The AI picks the best-fit companies and emails the candidate while they walk in.
The right companies for every candidate, decided in seconds
No more wandering between stalls. When a candidate checks in, the AI reads their profile and the openings of the companies already at the fair, then sends them a short list.

Skills come first
It compares the candidate's skills with what each opening actually asks for, and knows that JS means JavaScript.
Fast and efficient
A quick filter narrows the field, so the AI only reads a short list. Results arrive in a second or two, after the check-in, so staff never wait.
You stay in control
Set the rule per job fair. The AI follows it exactly, and never goes over the limit you choose.
Restrict companies
Pick a number from 1 to 20. Each candidate is linked to at most that many companies, the best fits first. Ideal when your venue has limited interview capacity.
Unrestrict companies
No fixed number. Every company that fits a candidate at least 75% is linked, so strong profiles see more options and nobody is sent to a poor match.
One platform, a better day for every participant
Each group gets a simple experience designed around what they need at the event.

Questions organizers ask us
Do candidates or companies need to install an app?
No. Everything runs in the phone's browser. They scan the QR code, fill in the form and receive their confirmation by email.
How does the AI decide which companies suit a candidate?
Skills come first. The AI compares the candidate's skills with what each opening asks for, and treats related names as equal, such as JS and JavaScript. It also considers experience, education, location and industry. A quick rule-based filter runs first, so the AI only reads a short list.
Can I limit how many companies a candidate is sent to?
Yes. When you create a job fair, choose Restrict companies and set a number from 1 to 20, or choose Unrestrict companies to link every company that fits at least 75%.
When are the matches calculated?
At check-in, after a candidate is marked present, and only against companies that have already checked in at that fair. It runs in the background, so staff are never kept waiting.
Who can check people in?
Organizers and check-in staff. Staff logins are created by the organizer, are limited to one job fair, and can only scan and mark attendance.
Is candidate data safe?
Resumes are kept in private storage, QR tokens are stored as hashes, and only administrators can view registrations. Names and contact details are never sent to the AI, only profile fields such as skills and experience.
